Very clear, easy to use & gave the women confidence. I would highly recommend the LatchAssist as it could stop a lot of women giving up breastfeeding due to flat/inverted nipples when there is a solution in the LatchAssist!"
Judi Fox Midwife, Essex

"An excellent tool which could save hours of backache for midwives when dealing with flat nipples"
Helen, Flying Start Carmarthenshire

"I like Lansinoh as a company because they seem to have a genuine commitment to breastfeeding, and to making life easier for the breastfeeding mother and baby. The Lansinoh lanolin is a real help to healing cracked nipples, and I am also impressed by their new innovations such as the LatchAssist, which I am very pleased to see on the market."
Nicky Grace BA (Hons), RM, Independent Midwife

"It worked very well at drawing out the nipple and made it easier to latch the baby on."
Jo - Midwife, Swindon

"I help run a Breastfeeding workshop and support group and I think the LatchAssist is an excellent product!"
Carol Brazier - Health Care Assistant, Co Durham

"I tried The Lansinoh LatchAssist on a breastfeeding mother and it drew out the nipple immediately and the baby successfully latched on."
Jayne Burton - Midwife, Norfolk

"A nifty little device that draws out the nipple in one quick suction action. When my son couldn’t latch on for 3 days due to engorgement when my milk first came in, I used a breastpump to draw out the nipple and make it easier for him to latch onto it. The LatchAssist does the same job but without having to apply a large pump to an already sore breast, and then having to sterilise the pump again. I think it’s an essential addition to the nursing mother’s starter kit."
Iris, East Sussex

"A mother with completely flat nipples used the LatchAssist to extend her nipples just before attaching her newborn with real success!"
Mair Sherliker, NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor, Worcestershire

"I found this very useful during the first week of breastfeeding when the breasts are mostly engorged. This did make it a lot easier for baby to latch on first time. Very easy to clean and sterilise. Good quality product and does what it needs to. I would recommend to anyone whose baby is finding it difficult to latch on to the breast. Does the job it is designed for effectively."
Kyleigh Haines - Baby Taylah 2 months

"Found this very useful especially when my breasts were engorged as my nipple was inverted making it impossible to feed. However the LatchAssist eased it out and could breastfeed comfortably. A very reasonable price for a good product, a ‘must have’ for breastfeeding mothers."
Sarah Hales - baby Tamsin 10 weeks old

"The latch assist is a great idea: I didn’t manage to breastfeed my daughter as I have flat nipples and her sucking made them very sore. The LatchAssist made it much easier to start my son off on a ‘nipple shaped’ nipple, and as a result I didn’t get sore at all. Brilliant!"
Antonia, mum to Kit 4m

"My initial impression of this product was to laugh! I have heard of these types of gadgets before but never actually seen one. I found the packaging very pleasing to the eye and the instructions were also very straight forward. I found that this gadget allowed me to soften the nipple area in order that the baby could latch on easy. I found that when my breast's were full of milk that this pushed the entire areola out so that I couldn’t get the right shape for the baby to latch on to. This gadget made the nipple go to a point! Not something I would want to do in public but in those early days this latch assist was a godsend. I don’t know how I managed without it!! I would definitely recommend this item as it definitely makes latching on much easier."
Daphne Parsons - Baby Maxine aged 3 weeks.
